Fairbanks Update
First Sorry I havent been very active here lately..
After numerous conversations with Fairbanks Capital about Home owners Insurance and various other things like a changed pre-payment penalty..(it was suppose to be two years but they keep saying three). I finally got them to give me a date for the end of the pre-payment period, and signed the papers the day after and am now being funded by new mortgage company and getting ready to get my cash.....like they say here persistance wins 
Now I can get back to working on my real estate investing...with the onlly big worry in my life is walking my only daughter down the isle on Oct 3rd in Toledo
