When you are looking for creative financing I noticed people don't like for the customer to know more. They get defensive. I found that if you ask questions like "I read this" or "Is something like this possible". These types of questions causes them to get out of the "BOX". They will then be in the solution instead of the mess. People get scared of the unknown.
