Anyone need a defaulted paper birddog?
I run across defaulted paper that is prime for a short sale or a paper sale almost every other day. I do not have the cash to follow through with a paper or property sale ( mostly just looking to do land trust and leaseop deals). I would gladly provide seller approved docs and mortgage company phone #'s for a modest peice of the pie. If your able to finesse the financing or you have cash to complete the sale we can partner up on many a deal that I am just letting slide.
I hope this doesn't come off as advertising, just looking for some potential partners and wanting to learn more about the process.
