$1,000 Down Payment And You're In A New Home
I've heard of other investors buying one to several houses from builders offering special financing such as "1000 down" and then the investor either rents out the house or sells it soon after the constuction is complete. What is the forum's opinion in this as a method of REI?
Sounds good to me if the property values in the neighbor are skyrocketing (buy and sell), but risky if rents are competitive in the area (buy to rent).
