Paid Member Classified Section/forum For Services
Has anyone thought or discussed the possibility of having a classified section for different services?? We are always looking for rehabbers, appraisers, birddogs, partners/joint ventures, etc... It would be very helpful to have paid members advertise their services for hire, to help build your "personal network/team".......... 
I agree. I would love to address envelopes and do direct mail for investors but I dont know where to start to get the word out.
Well where do I sign up? I only want to market for investors. The Ebay suggestion is brilliant.
