PA Tax DEED Sale
Hi all, I am new here and just recieved my first list of upset sale properties that went unsold last September. I am in Cambria Co. PA and we DO NOT have lien sales, we have DEED sales. The minimum bid on these properties is $50 and there are alot of them here in Johnstown. Once the county gets 15 bids on different properties they hold a special auction. I have located and viewed most of the 109 properties that have houses on them, some are in good condition and some are not. I am interested in purchasing these properties and holding on to them, collecting rent and cleaning the titles as time goes by.
Any suggestions or stories?
