PA (Poconos Specifically)
a friend of a friend calls me re: the Poconos. What I need to know from the PA investors is, what's the market in the Poconos? Which areas are prime investments (I was in Bartonsville)? I know people are commuting up to 2 hrs to work from the Poconos. I'm not convinced that buying a 2-4 yr old house for investment purposes will work in a vacation/2nd home town.

I invest in vacation/2nd home investments primarily in the Branson & Lake of the Ozark area as both towns' primary income is from out of area visitors and they fall in love with both towns. You just simply need to know your market area.
