Ive seen ad's in my local commercial paper asking for $16.00 P.S.F. is that per month (wow) or is that the yearly rate ? and is there a going rate for strip malls (which is what I am considering) Thanks
I'm in the Detroit area if that helps. So it looks as though the average is $1.50 per sq ft per month ? and if this is so, I take it they pay all utilities ? Thanks again
