Owner Occupied Office
have a deal where I have oppertunity to buy 12000 ft building and I occuppy about 2800ft .Payments with 20 % down will be about 4500/mo/20yrs .Expenses run around 3200/mo . Rent from other tenants about 3800/mo with a potential of renting other space for around 1600/mo . I currently pay about 2800 / mo for my space. I am in St. Matthews as well and it seems like you have a good deal on your hands. The new Trinity Football stadium will provide great exposure. The new Wilson & Muir Bank builings also has proved a worthy investment. -Will B.
