Owner Finance
I have a property that I want to sell as quickly as possible. Based on the number of available propeties in the neighborhood, I am afraid is going to be longer than I want. I would like to try owner financing but have never done it. How do I handle the financing paperwork? How much do I mark up the property over FV? How hard is it to sell the note and still make a decent profit?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much for the info, but excuse my ignorance, what does l/o stnad for? I guess I need to read up on the "rent to own" strategy. What did you base your down payment on?
