Owner Finance With Land Trust

Does anyone have any input on Owner Financing by putting the property in a land trust. Thanks in advance.

    Welcome

    I never use a trust to by Subject To the existing liens... There isnt really a reason to and can be classified as hiding the transfer by not giving constructive notice..

    NOD is used in a NON Judicial State
    Lis Pends is used in a Judicial State

    I have never used a Trust in any of my sub2 transactions, John Locke has done 500 + sub2 deals (without incidence) and has never used a Trust, and the Mentor to the Mentors, Michael Quarles, has never used a Trust.
