Outdoor Advertising Billboard Lease Help

I own the land that a big outdoor advertising billboard sits on and its time to redo the lease with the media conglomerate that operates it.
I'm looking for a professional of some type to help me with the lease renegotiation but I'm not sure who to turn to. Any ideas on who might be experienced in this area? I could do it myself but I have no idea what this thing is worth.

Also a party contacted me about selling but again I have no idea how to determine the proper valuation. Any ideas?

    Check out this website http://www.outdoorbillboard.com/index.html
I am sure there is someone on this site that can help you. There are billboards for rent and for sale, and if you look at the names of the principals on the contact information, you will find that many of them are consultants or management type folks.
    Good Luck!

You mentioned that someone had contacted you about your possibly selling your property. Do you know what uses the current zoning permits? This would be the starting point for coming up with a value for it, if you have any interest in selling it.

Nancy, It's zoned for light retail but because of the lot its on the best value is as a billboard.

How did you end up making the numbers?
Can you share the numbers of the deal?
I have a couple of billboards that I need some help on. And no, I am not selling easements.
