Out Of State Partnerships
I have read on this site about people that find areas they like out of state and partner with other investors in that area to work some deals.
How does the compensation work with this?
An example, There is someone in a town I like for cash flow that has found a deal and will manage the property. I will take care of the financing. What should his cut be? 50-50? This is a low priced 4-plex that he could purchase himself if he wanted to.
