Out Of Home Advertising Consultants
Hi everyone my name is Jeremy and I am new to this forum. Looking to see if there is anyone out there interested in being a consultant for our new advertising platform. We have recently finished prototyping a new advertising platform that our company has been working on for about a year. We are now starting to reach out to venues in an effort to place our platform. Our platform is perfect for stadiums, arenas, convention centers, and transportation centers. Our background is in traditional outdoor advertising. ( billboards / wall signs )
We seek a consultants to help us secure contracts within stadiums, arenas, convention centers, etc. Consultant will be payed a percentage of net revenue for length of the contract they help us procure.
Thank You
Jeremy
It certainly is a way. I would bet there are boutique channels for advertising this type of property.
Please explain what a boutique channel is, and how to market that way.
Thanks!
by boutique channel, I mean a firm or group of people in a firm that focus on a particular property type.
e.g. there are firms that just do hotels, or senior living facilities.
To Commercial King:
The Adult Family Home business is allowed in ANY residential home in the state of Washington, as long as the operator follow license rule.
To keep AG taxes, all we have to do is show $4000 gross farm income per year. Not too hard to do by raising a few grass fed beef and selling to friends, family and the AFH.
We have only 3 residents now - licensed for 6.
With 5 residents, I brought in $25K/month - we lived in as owner/operators with part time help. It leveraged us into some other real estate investments.
We have since moved off the property - have a great staff in place - but our focus is changed.
The Ag zoning allows many things with a conditional use permit - residential care facility (could build an ALF), church, school, retreat, dog kennel, horse boarding, etc. With a retreat - special events are possible.
How could I market to find owners who want to live/work on the land, but have easy access to everything the community has to offer?
Thanks!
