Hi junior7230
Try the law library under Real Estate transaction Guide it has all the types of forms used in real estate transaction and it even shows you how to fill in the blanks. Just remember that I'm not a lawyer and this is not legal advice. But the law library is open to the Public.
i use a book called "301 Legal Forms & Agreements. It has everthing you could possibly need as an investor, contractor, landlord, ect.

I've used previously filed options which I find on the county web site as templates for my own documents.
