I just purchased a condo unit (2/2) in orlando, close to the parks, highways, great schools and airport.
I paid $193,000.- got a $5000,- credit from the builder and a 100% finance from the onsite preferred lender eastern financial. The appraisal came in at $201.000,-
Since I have a real estate licence (not working on this project), I also got a commission check.
All in all, a great deal. Now, we are using this unit as a primary home, however for investors this is a great deal as well. There are units available with tennants in them.

I just thought to inform you about this. Orlando is still forecasted to appreciate by 5% this year.
