Opinions On Which Type Of REI
I am new to REI and I am getting all my contacts in order to start Birddogging properties.
My main goal is to actually start purchasing property for my own investments.
My question is what do you seasoned investors feel is easier to invest in...Re-Hab projects or finding properties with equity and re-selling or turning into rental property..
I personally would like to do re-hab properties..just a couple a year..
Your opinions and experiences would be greatly appreciated!!!
