Opinion's Needed !!
I was wondering if anyone has input on foreclosure.com">foreclosurefreesearch.com? Also are there any better sites to get foreclosure listings? How about county courthouses? I am still learning the process and need a little feedback. Any help would be appreciated. I live in Indiana and would love some feedback on this and also on dealing with mortgage companies as it seems that getting the runaround is common. I have been trying to get info on 3 or 4 properties and it feels like they are in the "x-files" . I am not too discouraged just more determined to get the info and hope that someone can send me some ammo. thanx
If I were you, I wouldn't waste my time with sites like that. It's all old news by the time it gets there. Better to dig through your county's records, either at the courthouse or on the internet, for far more up-to-date info. I'm having good luck being one of the first letters in peoples' mailboxes. People are calling me - I'm not having to call them.
