Operating As A Consultant And Agent

Hello,

I am a licensed real estate agent in Florida, and have been involved in a variety of business deals. I am now able to be involved in so many more aspects of these deals than before. I find myself profiting off of my ability to network and educate, and so I created an LLC that is specifically for this purpose. The LLC I operate is all real estate related and involves consulting with other companies regarding their real estate and investments. Now, I am not a Broker, I am an agent (property manager) for another company unrelated to my Consulting company. Although my consultation company is all about real estate, it is in a totally different specialization and in no way interferes with my work or clients at the brokerage.

Is this legal? What do I need to know to be safe?

Thank you!

-Mac

HUD usually pays the listing realtors fee in all transactions. There must be another realtor involved, because im sure they paid someone at closing. Unless you are a contractor, you will need to win in small claims to get your judgement/lien.

    Good luck
