I thought that the purpose of this forum was to help the beginning real estate investor get started the right way in this business.
I don't know about you, but I made a lot of mistakes early in my career. I could have used a lot more help.
I put a lot of work into writing a training manual that has a lot of useful information. My local network of guys and gals found it to be very helpful.
I wanted to let others benefit from the same information. The payback is substantial . . . the satisfaction of helping others. My cost is nothing as I already have the material.
And the e-book is certainly not a recruiting tool unless someone wants to pack up and move to my hometown.
I do have another manual for my Luxury Home Business, but it is way too advanced for the beginning investor or bird dog.
