On-Site Inspection For Credit Reports
My current source for pulling credit reports folded up and I am trying to find an alternate source. However, I am running into this yearly on-site inspection with the associated costs. I only pull about 2/3 reports per year so I am not willing to have to pay these ridiculous costs.
What are my options? Is there a third party company that does these reports I can use for screening tenants? How else am I supposed to verify my potential tenants?
