OK - Understand How To Purchase Subject To But How Do I Profit
I know how to get a property subject to now and could easily have 1 done by the end of this week with motivated person who called off a sign. But once I have a property how do I make a profit (w/out having to do lease-options) if there is no equity????

monthly spread / pack payment
