Ok, Now What?

I am looking for the nonresident owner of a property in my area but the address of the property shows as the only mailing address for the owners. There is no alternate address shown in the property report from netronline so it looks like the county is sending the tax bill to the property. The taxes show as deliquent and the home shows no liens. (Its a mess but I see potential if the price is right)
The owners name is very common so it would be hard to track them w/out some more info. I tried talking to neighbors w/ no luck.
I am going to go to the county office tomorrow to see what they can tell me but was wondering if anyone could tell me what they would do in this instance. :-?
thanx

    1. Try sending a letter to the subject property.
    2. Review the deed, (look for any co-owners)
    3. Look for people wiith same last names living in the zip codes. Review their deeds and look for any NON-HOMESTEAD property and review the foreign address carefully.
    4. Make observations and just go on from there.
