Ohio Buyers

Anyone having any luck finding buyers in Ohio? I locked up 15 properties 2 months ago on a package deal and have not found a buyer to take them all at 1 time.



I have not been trying to gauge anyone as the values are over $600k I got contract for $325 and was just trying to make 5k.



Does that sound unreasonable?

    Why are you trying to sell all 15 properties in a single package deal? How many buyers want 15 properties, especially those 15 properties, in a single package deal?

    Seems to me that you make more money selling piecemeal and open your properties to a much broader buyers market.

    NewKid...

    I actually closed on the properties and own them now. I have collected about $5800 a month in rents and my payment is $2760. I will still sell them for $330k at anytime but until then I am fine making $3k a month just sitting on them.

    As for what I have done. I turn about 2 properties a month. Mostly in the 40k range. I had never done a package before this one but all in all it has been a good experience.

    I hope those rising rents come to my area of CA. Rents have been flat for more than 3 years (many people bought homes including my last tenants). Expenses have increased over that time for property taxes, insurance and maintenance. The great news is that prices of SFH have increased @ least 25% over that period.
