Off-market Sale Of 80 Res. Lots Priced At $10m?
I have 80 residential lots platted and will sell total for around $10m? This is priced to be a good investment returning a conservative estimate of 10% annually over 10 years to an investor. This needs to be a one-time bulk sale. It is now offered off-market.
Where can I market such a property?
(Other than the obvious of putting it out on the web on commercial r.e. web sites. )

These are acreage lots and located alongside a river, that is why prices are higher than normal lots.
Property not yet on the market. I am not flipping this - I work for owner. Buyer-brokers will be paid.
