Ocwen SS Contact #

Does anyone have a contact number, I've spent probably an hour fiddling with those automated menus and have gotten nowhere with it.

Your sellers have probably received dozens of letters. I would start with the name and telephone number on the most recent letter.

This saves tons of time rather than trying to track down the number yourself.

    GOOD LUCK

A contact number for the Ocwen loss mit dept, one cannot reach it through the main numbers Ocwen lists.

Until you have an established rapport, you'll likely have to reinvent the wheel with each mortgagee.... and introduce yourself each time the file is bounced from one loss mit rep to the next.

The only ones who claim that shorts are easy are the ones selling the high priced seminars and boot camps.

I've been doing shorts since 1979. There are no short cuts... there are, on occassion, exceptions to the rule.

Jeez! All I asked for is a phone number, perhaps I wasn't clear. As I said in the earlier postings all I need is a PHONE NUMBER, as the automated menus have been no help. I feel like I''m taking crazy pills, this is the simplest of simple requests.

SS Pro, that's incredible you've been doing this for so long, however you really missed the point of my entire posting. I'm not seeking to re-invent the wheel, or take any short cuts. I didn't get through Wharton by taking short cuts. All I asked for is a contact number, a simple request that made your reply a complete non sequitor. If anyone on this board has a number, I couldn't care less who it goes to, just not to the main menu #.

    Thanks

I'd check with Warton to see if they're offering "Advanced voice mail techniques for REIs" the quarter. Just a thought.

Eagle Dennis, no quarters in the Ivy League, and no such class is listed. Thanks for your help.

if you have the loan number and if its in default then when you type it in on your phone it should automatically put you to someone in loss mitt. ive never dealt with that bank so i dont know. but just keep calling intill you get a-hold of someone who can help. allways ask for someone who makes the decisions. hope this might help.[ Edited by ZinOrganization on Date 10/26/2004 ]

Try 888-255-1791. This will connect you with James Trinnaman and he will probably be able to help you.
