Ocean Front Residential And Commercial Development
Project “Solar del Mar” is a 30-acre, 600+ feet of ocean front property in the heart of the fastest growing ocean front community in Argentina. The project consists of 23 acres of new homes/cabins, about 70 home/cabin sites altogether. We will build 3 model homes/cabins and sell the 70 sites over the next 3 years.
Phase 2 of the project is 7 acres that will go to a good-sized commercial area that will include a state of the art Movie Theater, 60,000 sq ft of rentable light commercial/retail space (that will include restaurants, clothing stores, gift shops, etc.) and a McDonalds. McDonalds and the Movie Theater with be the anchors to the commercial space which Solar del Mar will own and operate.
