Obtaining Funds
Just purchased a condo as a rental in another State than where I live and wonder how I can obtain money thru this property to invest in others. Have very little equity in my first mortgage. Thanks in advance and great site.
I have lenders that will do refinance or home equity loans on non-seasoned properties but only in Florida, keep looking, they are out there.
