Obtaining Comps

Does anyone have a good resource for obtaining comps in the Southern California area? I used to use a web site by Title Pros but they have since limited the access. It was great because it gave you comps, title info, loan info and demographic info too.

    I use a similar web site, and with out it I wouldnt be able to pull comps. If you would like i could pull some for you.
