NY Property Management Inquiry
First post, appreciate any and all help
I currently purchase, rehab, and sell low priced housing, I also owned a call center and am familiar with call management. I am very handy and am looking to branch out further into the real estate industry, namely property management. I am looking to combine unit management with a "handy man" type service. Is this a common service offered? Would you, the property owners, prefer a payment method of per job completed, or monthly salary structure? Also, and more importantly, would you want to package the two or do you prefer using seperate entities? I am doing preliminary research and investigation into the profitability and marketability of such a venture and any and all feedback is sincerely appreciated.

what is the normal percentage points charged for a property management company?
nevermind regarding previous question, I just read back posts for a while and had mostly all my questions answered.
Do property management companies require contracts with prospective clients? If so what is the average term?
