Now What?
Well here's what I'm doing.
I have plenty of time to look for properties (24/7). Well so I just sent like 30 letters and a guy agreed to do bussiness with me, but, what contracts do I have to take with me? What is he gonna sign?
Another question, what documents do I have to take to the hard money lender? will the lender lend me 100% or do i have to come up with cash for down payment?
