Now onto the bathrooms and grout

I really appeciate everyone's advice on the trim/painting of the house I'm working on. The last detail are the bathrooms.

This house had 1.5 baths. Both are identical. They have the white tile (with yellowed aged grout) from the floor 1/2 way up the wall. The walls have that "bumpy texture". I've taken down the med cabinets and am looking at what I have while scratching my head.

Should I go with the same color of paint as the rest of the house to keep it simple? ALSO, there is a product that is guaranteed to whiten old grout but for the life of me I can't think of it. Does anyone know of it offhand? confused

Thanks again to everyone's help. Jim

once its dry try going over it with white grout. If that doesnt work scratch some out with razors then regrout.
The floor is a differant matter
