Novastar Mortgage
Has anyone here ever used Novastar Mortgage. I found there name posted as a Lender on this site and the different programs that they offer. Would like to hear about anyone's experience in getting a loan with them. Thanks in advance! 
Mortgage Broker that I work with said most people he re-finances with loans from Novastar tend to have higher interests rates on their loans. Just a thought.
I am a mortgage broker/banker with NovaStar, but not the one advertising. NovaStar the lender is basically sub-prime (non-conforming) so the rates can be a bit higher. But any NovaStar broker/banker can use other lenders including conforming lenders. So talk to them as they have access to many different programs.
