notice of default mailings
Hello everyone. I've been reading a lot on the website and I think I'm ready to make my first move. I want to start by sending letters to people with a notice of default, which I get from the courthouse. My problem is that I don't know what exactly to write in those letter in order to get a response. Does anyone have any experience on what to write in order to get the homeowner to respond. I would really appreciate any advice and thank you everone in advace for any suggestions!!!!!!
