NOtes, John Behle

Has anyone here purchased the $395 version of Behle's "the paper game"?

It appears quite involved on the surface without the fluff of a lot of the other national note brokers' turned authors. I would like to hear from someone that has purchased and listened to his course or that has read any other good ones on the subject.
I would like ot learn more about his aspect of the RE game.

John's course is very detailed and can sometimes be found on Ebay. Loads of information about structuring and buying notes. Other programs you may consider are the late Jon Richard's course at http://www.noteworthyusa.com[ Edited by bpteos on Date 02/23/2004 ]

Do you buy notes? If so, send me a private message as I have some to sell.

I wouldn't classify myself as a note buyer, mainly just an all around RE investor that is always seeking to learn more and unique ways to maximize profits. Not to mention that education seems to boost my confidence levels, especially in areas where I have done little in the past.

John Biele is one of the giants in the note industry . I have read many of his articles. They are well written and easy to understand -with just a little background and the help of a financial calculator.. Jon Richard , and Henry Dworken would be other names which come to mind.

I do buy notes BUT just in my home turf. I like to personally see what kind of securtty is being offered as collateral. I find that there's ample opportunities here with out "traveling the seven seas".
