Nondisclosed Irritation

Is there a simple way to learn the previous sales prices of properties in nondisclosure states? [ Edited by Zach on Date 02/14/2004 ]

    To my knowledge, there are about 18 counties in Michigan that have online databases, and several cities and townships that do as well. In addition, there are at least 5 multi-state or national databases that are free.

    Thanks, but I'm still having no luck. I've been surfing the net for properties that I might be interested in, and looking for sold prices to get an idea of value increases in certain areas. I'll keep trying... Z
