Non Recourse Money?

I have almost done a commercial deal with an apartment building of 6 units...The deal fell thru since I couldn't come up w/ 20% down. I would be VERY interested in finding out how to swing small commercial deals creatively. Thanks. smile

    Dear Beth,

    Did you try other financing. Card for short time, Hard money Goniff for medium time and Participator Investment Groups for Long times.

    If the deal is gone, now might be the moment to stop rest and regroup. Line up your financing prior and look in the list at the beginning of my remarks. If you hang up again. Do not give up get on line with TCI and see if someone can assist.

    Hi Lufos,
    I don't understand what card is or how to solicit participator investment groups. Right now I am trying to land a triplex with a possible $50,000 profit if I can purchase and fix it up.
    None of my deals have been flips so this is foreign to me . I hve the 3 estimates but have yet to tie up the property since I am anxious.
    For thoses of you who say "go for it" I sure could use the encouragement now...
