I checked with my country recorder for Laclede County, Missouri for NODs. Was told Missouri doesn't post NODs. Does anyone have an idea where I can find info on NODs in Missouri?? Thanks
...maybe the language is different in your area. I would talk to other REI in your area that deal with foreclosures and find out the proper terminology.
That is a good point, instead of NOD's they may reference them simply as foreclosure files or Lis Pendis.
Another thought is to skip over the Recorders office and go directly to the Circuit Clerk of Courts. They are the ones that probably have the complete file anyway!
