How do I find mailing addres for the properties in NODs described:
Example:
LOT 18, Block 1, Hillaire, in the city of xxxx, conty of Washington and state of Oregon.
Any suggestions?

county courthouse can give you the address where the tax bill is going based on legal description-- most often that's the address you want.
otherwise, look to the plat map, drive by, pick up the address
