I am interesting in purchasing a SFH in Moreno Valley California with no money down. The purchase price of the homes I'm interested in range from $350-400K. How can I purchase with no money down?[ Edited by deryl on Date 08/09/2003 ]

    Hey deryl,
I would suggest you to start reading the forum articles or previous forum messages, where this topic of no money down has been discussed threadbare.
You could also do a bit of reading on the Real estate books which are available and where no money down is discussed in detail with a lot of examples...

..Come back with more specific questions where you have found a property and need specific info on how to do the deal no money down and Iam sure the peiple on here will help you..

What you ask for is too broad a question for someone to give a one line answer

    Hey my friend,
You are in the right field alright to make money.
Before you start your deals,do a lot of reading on real estate(you need to know what you are doing!)
Hang around this website, read through the previous posts, articles, read, read, read.

Once you have a goal set and know what you want to do..Go for the deals..You can do no money down(I have done that,so can you!)But you need to read first and understand the Real Estate ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's***ading also helps you to think creatively.

I would suggest you start off with bird dogging(referring properties to investors)
You make your money and you also learn..

    Good Luck Investing!
