I have been reading up on real estate investing for the past six months and due to my location I am not going to be able to get started for just a while more. I read the Carleton Sheets program and thought it was great while reading it. By the end I felt just a bit let down. I agree with the REIkid it is very good starter info but it didn’t give me that warm a fuzzy feeling like I was ready to run out and start buying houses. I think it gets you going on the same path that 95% of the other investors are on. Worth the read but there is allot better stuff out there.
I would just find a good beginnerREI book, far cheaper that the Carlton Sheets course. If you do decide to buy the Carlton Sheets program, make sure to buy it off eBay. You can get a used course for 1/4 of the original cost.
heard mr sheets aproach, with a wrap around mortgage is almost impossible to do in a hot market. When people are up bidding homes, why bend over bakwards for a buyer?
Yes. It works. If you work it
how many properties have you bought using his techniques?
