has anyone ever forclosed with a tax lien in north eastern nj. i heard that it is extremely rare for a homeowner or mortgaging bank to allow this to happen.
i am also interested in teaming up with a seasoned tax lien invester tolearn the ropes. i will of coure pay for this service if i had to. after reading 2 book on tax liens i feel like i am ready to start investing.
