In my line of investing any good accountant will do. I resell in weeks so everything is a write off and I pay income tax (1/3) not capital gains.
My probum was finding an accountant with good service. Three accountants later I now have a good one( in CT.)
Good luck.
As with lawers its easyer to tell make sure there shingle has r e on it. Many expieranced lawers have seen it all +-.
With some investing questions that you know the answers to you can make a determination.

Great Nic, to bad it makes me break out.
I have identified several great REI CPA's
