NJ CAFRA Permit To Build

Anyone out there familiar with dealing with NJ DEP. I have a subdivided lot in Aberdeen, NJ. The town has granted a building permit subject to this CAFRA permit from the state. Its an involved issue and am looking for help appealing a denial. Will compensate depending on experience. Please contact me if interested to discuss details.

I was trying to look up LLC Registered Agents for Arizona, and I think it should be free, public information, however, Arizona seems to want to charge for the information - $2,000 for a one time purchase (which seems to give the entire database), or $600 for an annual subscription (which seems to give only the additional filings. Seems kinda steep, but I guess it depends how it is used.
