Where is the best place in the paper to place an ad? The Real-Estate section? It seems like it would get lost with all the other ads.
Where is the best place where it will have the most visibility, but not expensive?
The best place to put an ad is the real estate section. If there are a lot of investor ads, then make yours unique. Find a niche that will work for you. Be creative! If you are looking for preforeclosures, then think about it...they'll probably be looking for a place to rent. So place an ad in the "For Rent" section of the real estate of the newspaper.
