Hello everybody. I am just getting started in the Real Estate Investing Business and would appreciate any advice or help. I really am enjoying the forums and wish I had found this site sooner. This is my first day of membership. So help a girl out. Thanks.

I am interested in lease option purchasing but to be honest since I am dealing with limited capital any area of REI that can be started with limited resources is where I want to start and then expand once my profits and REI knowledge grows. I feel that anyone who posts can help me because all of you are more knowledgable than I am right now.
You should check the paper for owner financing as a start. Then start spreading the word your interested in buying houses, tell anyone who will listen eventually you'll get calls and have friends telling you about a friends house for sale cheap. before you know it your on your way to the big time.But wait for the deals that make sesne the'll come along don't worry.
