Newbie wants to birddog in Philly burbs

Ok, this is my first post. I'm highly motivated, but not sure where I want to start. If you want to teach, I want to learn. I can hunt Bucks/Mont counties.

I'm just getting started myself in the Bucks/Montgomery County area. If you are interested in partnering on a deal to get started or just to swap ideas, let me know. I am going to be specializing in Subject To deals. Also, there is a really good investor's group that meets in Plymouth Meeting that you should attend... check out www.digonline.org for meeting times and places.

    Ok, Jason,

I have plenty of time on my hands, and am willing to do full-time legwork. (I noticed you had posted that you wanted to start part-time.) I'm currently off work due to injury, so I'm in, both feet, Geronimo! You can contact me at
    designshack@comcast.net
and we'll see how we can get started.

Anyone willing to share advice, tips, brokerage service contacts, whatever, please contact me. With a little bit of help, I'm NEVER going back to that stupid job. I have every intention of being that testimonial guy on your info-mercial, people!
