Newbie Question
Hello everyone! 
I am totally new to everything and stuff. I have more questions than I can think of but have one big one. Is it possible to birddog part time? Or is it a full time commitment? I will be in the LA area (Hunnington Beach area) in about a month, and am uber interested in figuring out the whole rei way of life.

Yes, you can do bird dogging part time. Remember you're most likely going to get out of it whatever you put into it.

Are evenings a good time for 'birddawging'? Does anyone have any experience in part time bird-dogging? Also does it require an extremely good knowledge of an area? I will be new to the area but am extremely motivated.
