Newbie Needs Help With Sub-2
Hi everybody,
Question, once I get a signed contract from the seller, we put the property in land trust, have the seller assign the beneficial interest of the trust over to me, after they vacate the property I give them whatever monies we agreed upon. Does any part of this transaction need an escrow company involved and at what point would we open an escrow?
I've never done a sub2, but I have an appointment with a seller tomorrow and they may be a prime canidate for a sub2. I need to know how to close the deal.
