Newbie Needs Advice & Direction
Hi, I am interested in getting into REI. My question is this: I have seen in the legals of our local paper- notices to property owners to appear before the city council regarding property repairs required by the city. I have driven by some of these properties and they appear abandoned. I am considereing contacting the prop. owners to see if they would like to sell. Since I have never invested before what should I know, what should I research, what kinds of buying options should I consider and oh yes...HOW MUCH TO OFFER???? Any helpful words of wisdom would be appreciated!
P.S. I would like to start off with little or no money if that can be done
